A Few Details Before We Celebrate.
- A signed agreement and 50% deposit on your confirmed total reserve your date.
- The remaining balance is due seven days before your event. Bookings made within seven days require payment in full.
- Starting prices cover the listed items using our standard backdrop collection and standard materials.
- Delivery, applicable tax, specialty materials, difficult access, and additional services are quoted before booking.
- Décor packages include setup and scheduled removal of our rental pieces. Rental-only furniture setup is additional unless listed.
- Tables, chairs, tents, food, cake, entertainment, event staffing, and full-party cleanup are not included in décor packages unless specifically stated.
- Backdrops, frames, linens, easels, and reusable décor remain Rose & Co. property unless your quote identifies them as keepsakes.
- Outdoor installations depend on weather, suitable space, and safe setup conditions.
- Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided in your booking agreement.
- Concept images show design possibilities. Your written quote confirms the items and details included.
